Shipping policy

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day with the exception of Friday afternoons, Saturday, & Sunday orders which will be shipped the next business day.
  • All orders are shipped either First Class or Priority Mail via the USPS.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delivered to the wrong address.  If your package shows as delivered and you do not have possession of it please check with your neighbors to make sure that they did not receive it.  If you still can’t find it then you will need to reference the tracking number and contact the carrier to file a claim. We can provide you with proof of shipping or the tracking number to assist you in filing a claim.

Turnaround Time 

  • All orders for in store pickup that are placed before 3 PM, will be pulled and be ready for pickup before the end of that business day.
